Complaints Policy
How to raise a concern
Email hello@mobileappdevelopersmiami.com or use Contact to describe a concern about this website or an inquiry. If the concern relates to an active project, also refer to the contact route and procedures in your project agreement.
Details that help us assess it
Include your name, a reply email, the relevant inquiry or project reference and a short description of what happened. Explain the result you are asking us to review. Share dates or non-sensitive examples when they help find the issue.
Do not send passwords, private customer records or unnecessary sensitive details. If more material is needed, the way to provide it should be agreed separately.
Asking for a review
Tynes Digital Developments, the website operator, monitors the contact email and reviews concerns about the website or its inquiry process. These can include a missed reply, unwanted follow-up or the handling of information you submitted.
Describe the issue and the result you are requesting. Include any earlier reply when following up so the context stays together. For a project concern, ask the contact named in your agreement which review procedure applies.
Project-specific procedures
An app engagement can have separate procedures for scope questions, bug reports and project disputes. The written agreement is the place to check those terms. A website inquiry should not be treated as a replacement for a required project process.
Follow-up contact
Keep enough context to refer to the same concern when following up. Read the Privacy Policy for details handling and the Terms and Conditions for website-use context.
