Tynes Digital Developments operates this website under the name Mobile App Developers Miami. It is used for app-project inquiries and general service questions. The commercial disclosure explains the website's commercial purpose and fulfilment arrangements.
Details you share
The project form asks for your name, email and a summary of the app or task. Company and project stage are optional. The general-contact form asks for your name, email and message.
For an existing app, you can describe the platform and fault without sending private records. Do not submit passwords, access credentials, payment-card details or sensitive customer details through these forms.
How inquiry details are used
Inquiry details help assess the request and discuss a possible project. Share only what is needed for that conversation. If further material is needed, the way to provide it should be agreed separately.
Submitting a form does not itself create an NDA. Confidentiality terms for an engagement are addressed when the engagement starts.
Service providers and disclosure
Website forms send your inquiry to Formspree for processing and email delivery. Its handling of details is described in Formspree's Privacy Policy.
Your inquiry is received by the website operator. Relevant inquiry details may be shared with designated project delivery contacts to assess your request and discuss the next step. Access within our website and delivery team is limited to those contacts. Formspree and the website host process information as described in their policies. Project delivery arrangements are addressed in a separate agreement.
Cookies and analytics
The website is prepared for hosting on Cloudflare. Formspree processes website form submissions. These providers have their own data-handling practices; read Cloudflare's Privacy Policy and Formspree's Privacy Policy for details.
The current website build includes no analytics or tracking scripts. Review this policy if those tools are added. The host and form processor may handle technical data under their own policies.
Retention of inquiry details
We keep inquiry details only while needed to assess or discuss your request, manage a resulting project, or meet legal obligations. We delete or anonymize them when those reasons no longer apply. This applies to inquiry records in Formspree and the receiving mailboxes.
